UPGRADES

Docs2Manage upgrades are provided at no additional charge from 12 months from the date of purchase.

Click here to download the latest update. Please back-up your existing database before installing any update. To install the update, please stop Docs2Manage and Docs2Web (via your web server) and install the newer version on top of the existing installation. Please follow the directions included with Docs2Manage if your database needs to be updated to use the newer release.

We will periodically notify you of any software upgrades and product releases via email. Please ensure you have a current email address on file by either updating your account or sending us an email to "info (at) docs2manage.com". To receive the most up-to-date information, check this website.

If you would like to upgrade your software and your 12-month period has ended, you will be required to purchase a maintenance plan. Please check the Product Ordering section for pricing.

Once you have purchased the upgrade, you will receive additional upgrades and support at no charge for a period of one year.
