"I run a language lab at NMSU and we were looking for document management software that could handle the mountains of paperwork that seem to hit us endlessly.  This product not only fit our budget, but proved to be very popular with our secretarial staff.  By the second day of use they were actually eager to put more documents into the system.  Within a week, they had added over a thousand pages to the demo version of the software and were practically demanding that I buy the software.

The ability to burn standalone archival CDs with full search capability was a plus that we had not even expected until we began running the software. This feature alone would make me recommend the software.

Tech support was also excellent. I was unfamiliar with Microsoft SQL Server and was guided through the installation painlessly. We are now running 5 users with the enterprise edition and no one has mentioned a single problem.

I will definitely watch this company to see what future software they develop. About the only drawback I can see is that I will be demonstrating this to other departments for the next several months. Better than I imagined. Highly recommend trying this product."

"I tried the product and immediately purchased the Docs2Manage Enterprise Version. This solution immediately worked with all our scanners and printers; plus with a little product support, we installed and integrated it seamlessly on our SQL server (even though we have no SQL skills). To make matters more complex, we imported 10,000 pages from another system, again with the support from Docs2Manage's customer service.
